MI = Body weight (in kilograms) divided by Body height x Body height (in metres).
A body weight of 20-25 BMI is considered normal.
Example: you are 1.80 m tall and you weigh 69 kg. Your BMI is then: 69 divided by 1.80 x 1.80 = 21.29. A BMI of 21.29 means a healthy weight.
